Terms & Conditions
  • Limited seats for reservation only 60 person for each sessions (session #1 12.00 - 15.00 & session #2 16.00 - 19.00)
  • All guests have to fill out reservation form through Website min. D-7 before the arrival date
  • All guests must wear proper swimwear while entering the pool
  • Guests are liable for any repairs or replacement of any South Shore Facilities which is damaged by them
  • South Shore is not responsible and will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings of guests
  • Guests are only allowed to consume food and drinks provided by South Shore, which means no outside food and beverages are allowed with the exception of baby food
  • Reservation are non Refundable and cannot be rescheduled
  • Parents are responsible of taking care of their children in the South Shore area
  • Payment must be done maximum within one hour after doing reservation. In case you make a payment according to the time limit specified, but it turns out that the related bank is experiencing a problem so that the system reads it after the payment deadline, please contact your nearest bank and the refund will be processed in accordance with the relevant bank regulations.
  • By doing reservation customers agree to South Shore Terms and Agreement
Syarat & Ketentuan
  • Selama masa pandemi, kapasitas tamu reservasi dibatasi 60 orang di setiap sesi (Sesi #1 12.00 - 15.00 & Sesi #2 16.00 - 19.00)
  • Tamu diharuskan reservasi melalui link Website sebaiknya H-7 kedatangan
  • Tamu yang mengakses kolam renang harus menggunakan pakaian renang
  • Tamu bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan fasilitas South Shore yang disebabkan oleh tamu tersebut
  • South Shore tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk kehilangan barang pribadi milik tamu
  • Anak berusia dibawah 12 tahun wajib didampingi dan diawasi oleh orang tua
  • Tamu dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar, kecuali makanan bayi
  • Jadwal dan booking tidak dapat dirubah dan dinyatakan hangus apabila tidak hadir pada tanggal yang tertera dalam tiket
  • Pembayaran maksimal satu jam setelah melakukan reservasi. Jika anda melakukan pembayaran sesuai batas waktu yg ditentukan tetapi ternyata bank terkait mengalami gangguan sehingga sistem membaca hal tersebut melebihi batas waktu pembayaran, silahkan hubungi bank terdekat anda dan pengembalian dana akan diproses sesuai dengan ketentuan bank terkait.
